Eight people were killed after a factory building caught fire on Saturday in Chendai County in Jinjiang City in east China's Fujian Province, according to local media.

Eight people were killed after a factory building caught fire on Saturday in Chendai County in Jinjiang City in east China's Fujian Province, according to local media.
Seven of the eight deceased were killed at the site while one person died of injuries in hospital.
The fire that erupted at around 2:30pm on Saturday has now been brought under control and the cause of the incident is now being investigated.
The seven-story building covers an area of about 300 square meters.
