Well-known TV director Liu Jiang’s new production “The Way We Were” will start airing on Dragon TV on May 14.
Starring Tang Yan and Luo Jin, the series depicts the lives and dreams of a group of Chinese students studying abroad.
Director Liu’s credits include the light-hearted family drama “A Beautiful Daughter-in-Law Era” and spy series “Before Dawn.”
“Studying abroad is common among today’s young generation,” Liu said. “We hope to show how their lives are really like.”
