Popular rap group to perform at Plug Fest Shanghai
Popular Chengdu rap group Higher Brothers will be performing at Plug Fest this month in Shanghai, a one-day music event that celebrates urban and global culture and features a lineup of over 16 local and international rappers.
Other performers include MJ116, Stooki Sound, bbno$, Young Dragon and Warz.
Higher Brothers is one of the most-known Chinese rap groups abroad. Shortly after the formation in 2015, they reached international fame with the release of their hit song “Made in China.” Their music combines Chinese culture with the modern media of rap, thus creating unique and fresh music.
The group will perform their representative songs at the festival. Their performance, along with those of the other rappers in the lineup, will make Plug Fest one of the biggest parties of the summer.
