New style beach music festival and art exhibition to grow in popularity

Shanghai music enthusiasts were presented with a grand music festival at the suburban Jinshan City Beach on August 5.

The outdoor pop concert and party was held by Tmall Global and Damai.cn. 

In addition to the concert, music lovers also participated in a karaoke competition, interactive games and a street art exhibition. 

Pop idols Li Yuchun and Hua Chenyu performed some of their popular songs, while artists from Hong Kong and Mexico displayed new media lighting technology and 3D photography.

It is estimated that this new style of music festival combining music and fashion, art and shopping will be a new fad in big cities of China.
