Zongzi, a traditional Chinese food eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival, is familiar to most Chinese people. Among its many flavors, zongzi filled with pork is perhaps the most popular.
Executive Chef Huang Renkang is one of the many who can still make good zongzi by hand. Having done so for more than 40 years, he has a good understanding of perfect seasoning, rice and meat. For him, recognition from customers brings him the most pride and happiness.
