Beihong Elevated Road in Changning District will open by the end of the month.

Beihong Elevated Road in Changning District will open to traffic by the end of this month, said the Shanghai government.
The elevated road will connect the Middle Ring Elevated Road with Beidi and Changning roads which will relieve the traffic pressure on nearby roads such as Tianshan and Xianxia roads, the official said.
All construction of the elevated road is complete and the road will be important to the smooth flow of traffic during the second China International Import Expo in November.
