Friday saw all the rails connected on Metro Line 15 that has stations in Minhang, Xuhui, Changning, Putuo and Baoshan districts with full completion due by the end of the year.

All of the rails of the Metro Line 15 under construction had been connected by Friday morning as the new line nears completion.
Metro Line 15, 42.3 kilometers in length, has 30 stations in Minhang, Xuhui, Changning, Putuo and Baoshan districts and trains will be driverless.
The line is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year.
